Test the codecogs for math input

I try the math formula editor on http://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php

 http://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php

provides a easy way which is worth trying.

I put the code

W_t= \Delta Y_t = (Y_t - Y_{t-1})=[\sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-j} - \sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-1-j}]

in the yellow box and copy the code in the bottom box

<a href="http://www.codecogs.com/eqnedit.php?latex=\fn_phv&space;\large&space;W_t=&space;\Delta&space;Y_t&space;=&space;(Y_t&space;-&space;Y_{t-1})=[\sum&space;_{j=0}^{m-1}&space;y_{t-j}&space;-&space;\sum&space;_{j=0}^{m-1}&space;y_{t-1-j}]" target="_blank"><img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/svg.latex?\fn_phv&space;\large&space;W_t=&space;\Delta&space;Y_t&space;=&space;(Y_t&space;-&space;Y_{t-1})=[\sum&space;_{j=0}^{m-1}&space;y_{t-j}&space;-&space;\sum&space;_{j=0}^{m-1}&space;y_{t-1-j}]" title="\large W_t= \Delta Y_t = (Y_t - Y_{t-1})=[\sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-j} - \sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-1-j}]" /></a>

and paste into my blog on blogspot under "html" mode.

  • The formula is rendered very well.

The good thing of this way is when I select the picture, copy and paste, I got the exact the W_t= \Delta Y_t = (Y_t - Y_{t-1})=[\sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-j} - \sum _{j=0}^{m-1} y_{t-1-j}]  in my word or any text editor.

It is cool.

It also support the option of format, font, and size. I like  svg, verdana, and  12 pt.

----
  • Another way is insert the picture link into the blog.

Copy and paste this just gives me a picture.

This link from the original page

"Click here to Download Image (GIF)"
----
  • The third way is copying and pasting the picture on the original page directly.

----
  •  The four way is to download the image and upload to my blog.

It seems that they are different in quality since it depends what size I choose in the blog. It can be changed by me when I edit this blog. After I choose the original size, the quality seems the same.
